Terms of Service

1. Purpose

Ondetta is an online service for preparing, scheduling and tracking posts on TikTok, published by PXYXT LLC (see the legal notice). These terms govern your use of the service.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for keeping your Ondetta credentials confidential and for the actions taken by the members you invite to your organization.

3. Connecting to TikTok

A TikTok account is connected exclusively through TikTok's official authorization, by the account holder. You may only connect accounts that you hold or for which you have the explicit authorization of the account holder. You can revoke access at any time.

4. Your content

  • You certify that you hold all the rights required for the content you upload, including the music.
  • You may not use Ondetta to repost content from other platforms or from third parties without the right to do so, for adult, misleading or unlawful content, or for spam practices.
  • Your posts are subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and policies, including the Music Usage Confirmation and the Branded Content Policy, which you accept each time you post.
  • You are responsible for disclosing commercial content and content generated by artificial intelligence.

5. Posting

Each post is sent to TikTok only after your explicit confirmation. TikTok may refuse, delay or limit a post under its own rules and quotas; Ondetta cannot guarantee that content will be posted at a given time.

6. Subscription

Plans, prices and the number of included accounts are shown on the Pricing page. The subscription renews automatically and can be canceled at any time from the Billing page, effective at the end of the current period.

7. Availability and liability

Ondetta relies on third-party services, including TikTok. TikTok-related features may change or be discontinued at TikTok's initiative.

8. Independence

Ondetta is an independent service, neither affiliated with nor endorsed by TikTok.
