1. Who we are

Ondetta is an online service that lets you prepare, schedule and track posts on TikTok.

The data controller is PXYXT LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, located at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #38518, Casper, WY 82609, USA. You can write to us at support@ondetta.com.

2. Data we process

Your Ondetta account

Name, email address, password (stored as a hash, never in plain text), preferences, sign-in logs (truncated IP address, browser).

Your content

The videos and photos you upload, their captions and your posting settings. They are used only to let you post them to the TikTok accounts you have connected.

Data from TikTok

When you connect a TikTok account through TikTok's official authorization, and only for the permissions you accept:

• the account's technical identifier for Ondetta, display name, username, profile picture, profile link, verified status;
• profile statistics (followers, following, likes, number of videos);
• the list of your public videos and their statistics (views, likes, comments, shares);
• your account's posting options at the time you post, and the status of your posts.

Ondetta never knows your TikTok password. The access tokens provided by TikTok are encrypted and are never sent to your browser.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service: library, calendar, posting, tracking, and analytics for your own accounts.
• To send you service-related emails (confirmation, post notifications, billing).
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.
• To bill your subscription.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising purposes, and we do not build any creator profile or ranking from TikTok data.

4. Retention periods

• An account's TikTok data is deleted as soon as you disconnect the account from Ondetta or revoke access from TikTok.
• Statistics history is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
• Your content is kept until you delete it or close your account.
• Billing data is kept for the applicable legal retention period.

5. Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the members of your organization who are authorized on the relevant workspace. Our technical subprocessors (hosting, storage, email delivery, payment through Stripe) process it on our behalf. The content you choose to post is sent to TikTok.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or request its portability by writing to support@ondetta.com. You can revoke Ondetta's access to a TikTok account at any time from Ondetta or from the settings of the TikTok app. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Security

Encryption of communications (HTTPS) and of TikTok tokens, strict isolation between organizations, a log of sensitive actions, and restricted access for technical teams.
